how you  report  to block a fake fb  id which  is made of you pic or name

1.At first  go your fb time line (fake) and click the right icon which is below the cover photo

2.select "report/block"

3.now open a page "report and block this person"

4.select "this time line is prentending to be someone or is fake"

5."prentending to be me" then click "ok"

6.openning a new page "give some information about yourself" less than 300 words

7.then "confirm that  this  report is correct" confirm

8.Now your request will be investigate
